Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas
For warm weather, beautiful beaches and ideal scuba diving and snorkeling , it's
hard to beat the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas. Within easy flying distance from most
major American cities, these islands appeal to couples, singles, and families. They are also extremely
popular with honeymooners, some of whom have their wedding at one of these romantic locations.
Not all islands are the same. In addition to their varied European and African heritage,
some are lush and tropical, such as Jamaica and Martinique. Others are flat level islands with
beautiful beaches, such as Bermuda. The Caymans and Turks and Caicos offer wonderful diving sites.
The Bahamas offers a multitude of activities including a rich nigh life. The U.S. Virgin Islands offer excellent duty free
