We just returned last night from our trip to Bora Bora. We just wanted to write to say thank you. Everything was perfect! You took care of every detail and each flight and shuttle went according to plan. The hotel was wonderful and we received excellent service there as well. The staff was all very friendly. We are not sure what you told the hotel about us, but we definitely received top notch service as we were "very important visitors".

The combination of Globus tours and free time were perfect. All of the tours were narrated by incredible guides and we enjoyed every one of them.

The choice of package was absolutely perfect. It met our budget and desires. The (Cancun) resort was large yet had the feel of a smaller resort. You couldn't even see the buildings from the beach! Exactly what we wanted.

Donna and I would like to thank you for your tireless effort in procuring for us a wonderful experience in Australia.  All air flights were just about on time with one exception (LA to Sydney was 3 hrs late leaving LA).  No luggage lost - all went extremely well.

But the best part was Tasmania - the accommodations were excellent. We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer. Every place we stayed was well beyond expectation. Cradle Moutain was great - platypus and Tasmanian Devils right at the lodge and wombats in the park all within walking distance.

The place in Bicheno was great - right at the beach and the Fairy Penguins were right there as well.  As for Hobart - right on the waterfront. I enjoyed early walks before sunup while the others slept in.  The Huon Airwalk was great as well.  I'm so glad that you were able to get us in the right places - 2 days at each were much better than one.

I should also say that all the documents and directions you gave me went smoothly and helped a lot.

We had a great time on our cruise through the Mediterranean. Greece was wonderful as was Turkey, Croatia and Italy. We met some great people on the cruise and ironically met a couple from here in San Diego. We sort of hung out together but meeting people from all over the world was just grreat [sic]. Princess did a great job as usual.

We wanted you to know we just returned from the trip of a lifetime (Celebrity Cruise to Alaska). We want to go back again because there’s sooooo much more to see.  We added a whale watching excursion to our planned rafting and canoeing and we had the right clothing/gear to feel comfy in any weather we met up with.  We said WOW about a million times during the vacation in the many memorable settings we enjoyed. We met wonderful, friendly people.  We especially looked forward to seeing our nightly dining companions in the fancy dining room.  We all got on famously and exchanged addresses.

Kudos to you for guiding us so thoughtfully and knowledgeably on this prize winning experience.

I just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Asia!   The hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto were great and the fact that we didn't speak Japanese wasn't an issue at all. The hotel in Hakone was geared more towards Japanese travelers and they weren't nearly as helpful but we are very glad we were able to visit a Japanese hot spring. Even though the trip seemed expensive before we left, it wasn't really that bad considering the cost of the breakfasts that were included each morning. You weren't kidding where you said that Japan was expensive.
